Chaplaincy Program

Our Chaplaincy program is all about looking after the personal needs of students, not just their academic needs, through the provision of general spiritual and personal advice.   A trained counselor supports the emotional wellbeing of students by providing pastoral care services and strategies that support the of the broader school community.

Mindfulness

Christian Meditation and Mindfulness are an important part of our practice at St Scholastica’s. Mindfulness is a special way of paying attention that can help the students cope with everyday life or deal with tough times and build a resilient mind. Mindfulness provides great benefits for the students’ physical and mental health.
